Horrifying realization.

Some women wear panty-liners every day. Like, even when they don't have their periods!

...Am I gross because I don't?

...Why has no one marketed absorbent dick-liners for men?

  2. That's weird....I mean. I know a girl who does that but I never asked her why. I felt like it was too personal for the relationship I had with her (a casual friendship).

I'll throw a panty-liner on when I'm not on my period sometimes. Like if I've got more discharge than normal just because I don't like the feel of cold, wet undies. Or if I've just had sex that day. Mostly just because if I've had sex earlier, I'll still be wet for HOURS after.

  3. They do, except they're not absorbent. They're called "condoms".

  4. Pads make me feel gross and sweaty. o_O I imagine wearing a pantyliner all the time would, too.

  5. What's worse, some women wear SCENTED pantyliners every day.

  6. mmm, okay, i wear them every day - not scented ones and ones that don't have plastic backing so they "breath" quite well.

I just feel more comfortable doing this.

  7. 'Cos men aren't filthy, smelly bleeders that don't die after bleeding for a week, that's why.

  8. I know some women who do that routinely when traveling or hiking. But they are using it to avoid having to change their underwear. (I just pack tiny thongs, and/or rinse them out...)

  9. I don't think I've ever worn pantyliners in my life, actually... I HATE pads.

  10. I guess I should add in my own crotchsperience--I wear pantyliners when I have my period for backup of the menstrual cup. (I know, it sounds like a disgusting hippie thing, but I swear they're the cleanest and most comfortable containment method around, the whole earth-mother-nature-connection thing is completely secondary.)

I don't wear pantyliners any other time, as I don't really "discharge" just sitting there, and I would rather my crotch-sweat evaporate than get soaked up and stuck with me all day.

  11. old post, but since nobody seemed to answer - I get wet in my underwear pretty much every day, sometimes to the degree where it might soak through my pants without pantyliners. So that's why.
